Will has been with Camp Fire Alaska since 2024 in various roles at Eagle River schools and at Camp Fireweed in the summers. Will was born and raised in Michigan and has a B.A. in Environmental Biology from Michigan State University. He previously worked in an outdoor education role and loves to bring his passion for nature and the outdoors to program. Will has a mini golden retriever and a tortoise that live at his parents’ house while he adventures in Alaska. During his free time, he loves to be outside as often as possible hiking and birdwatching. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, Will enjoys watching sports and playing board games.

The Camp Fire Alaska main office operates on the ancestral land of the Dena’ina people.
