Nichole Boyden has devoted her career to working with young people through Camp Fire Alaska since November 2011. She started her Camp Fire journey as a Program Staff and is currently the Director of Operations. She is passionate about providing opportunities for youth to learn and develop skills that will help them grow to be the person they want to be.
Nichole considers herself a life-long learner and is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Children’s Mental Health.
While Nichole has lived in Alaska most of her life, she did grow up in a military family and was born in Germany. She loves spending time outdoors (camping, fly fishing, and exploring) and is known as “Steg” at outdoor camps as a nod to her love of dinosaurs and archeology.
