Opening the Door to Summer Adventure: Scholarships Made Easy
It’s now easier than ever to apply for Summer Adventure Camp scholarships!
Camp Fire has removed the requirement to complete a Child Care Assistance application in order to receive a Summer Adventure Camp scholarship. Every family will now be automatically fast-tracked through the determination process.
Applications are reviewed weekly by our team, and determinations will be made within 7-10 days.
Full and partial scholarships are available, and, based on availability, field trips are included!
We currently have spots open at all of our Summer Adventure Camp locations. If a session does become full, you should register to the waitlist. It’s very likely that you will be removed from that list and an offer will be sent to you by email. However, do not register for sessions until you receive your scholarship determination—this will help you avoid paying in full for that session.
Please note that the scholarship application and other communications on our website will reflect that you do need to complete a Child Care Assistance Application. For Summer Adventure Camp, you can disregard that requirement and mark “no” on the application.
The scholarship application is available on UltraCamp. If you do not yet have an account, one can be created in just a few minutes by clicking the New User button on the UltraCamp sign-in page.

Once you’ve created your account, finding the scholarship application is easy.
When you’re ready to register, you’ll add your child(ren) to the account and see a Register button for each one.
