This family-friendly event kicks off Friday night with the option for volunteers to stay overnight at camp the night before the Work Day and have a mini camp experience! If this sounds like something you would be interested in please reach out to Maddie Rachow to for more details and to RSVP!

If you want to participate in the overnight event, arrival is between 5:30-7:30 pm. There will be a campfire with s’mores around 8:00pm. If you decide to join us overnight a packing list and more details will be provided.

On Saturday, the Camp K Work Day will get started around 9:00 am. We encourage volunteers to arrive by 8:45. The day will finish between 3:00 and 4:00 pm.

Light breakfast items and hot coffee will be available in the morning, lots of water throughout the day, and lunch sometime between noon and 1:00 pm. Dress appropriately for working outdoors, including a light jacket for rain and closed-toe shoes. Please bring work gloves, hat, and sunscreen.

Camp K is located at mile 4 on Snug Harbor Road in Cooper Landing, AK.
